It is important to be aware that if you cancel an order, your bank or credit card issuer may place a hold on the funds for 1-3 days. Please understand that these holds are beyond our control.
If you have not received your ordered products within the guaranteed time frame of 50 business days, received the wrong item, or cancelled your order within 6 hours of purchase, you can request a refund or reshipment. In the case of unwanted products, you can return the item at your expense (provided it is unused) within 30 days. To initiate the return process, please send us the working tracking code of the return shipment, along with the name of the shipping company.
