*the latex and metallic balloons can be inflated with helium air and can fly(the size must be 10inch or bigger than 10inch)
*the normal foil balloons can be inflated with helium air and can fly(the size must be 18inch or bigger than 18inch); for the number balloon, only the 40inch can can be inflated with helium air and can fly!
