- We accept Email requests for returns within 7 working days of receiving your order. If the item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement.
- All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID.
- If item is defective after 3 months, you can still send it back to us. We will send you a new one after receiving the defective item. But you need pay the extra shipping fee.
